Project summary

A modern residential complex will be built on Vilisa Latsisa Street (possession 42) in the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow, the Northern Tushino District.

On a site with an area of more than 1.4 hectares, there will be two different-height residential buildings (16 and 17 floors) with two sections in each building. Each section has two passenger elevators, a spacious lobby, an elevator hall, a concierge room, and a strolley storage. Both residential buildings will have a single-level underground parking, designed for a total of 168 parking spaces.

The facades of the residential building are made in a modern laconic style. Its architectural appearance is formed by the rhythmic alternation of the planes of the outer walls, glazing elements and baskets for installing outdoor air conditioning units that protrude from the plane of the walls. For decoration, modern ceramic-granite materials and decorative concrete tiles are used. Facing of the facades will be performed using the technology of a hinged ventilated facade using a certified  cutain wall system.

On the ground floors of the complex there will be entrances to residential buildings, non-residential premises of various functional purposes, as well as an information center for relocation of the Housing Renovation Program in Moscow.

In total, 472 apartments of improved layout are provided in the residential complex: in building No. 1 - 248 apartments, in building No. 2 - 224 apartments. All apartments have glazed balconies and loggias.
